General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

It can be stomach related but for reassurance cheat X-ray and ultrasound abdomen to rule out other pathologies. Meanwhile, OTC analgesic like acetaminophen and antacids like Omeperazole may be helpful. Anti-spasmodic like Drotaverine can also be used for symptomatic relief.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
