What Causes Intermittent Stomach Cramps With Nausea And Constipation?

My grandson age 19 has had intermittant stomach cramps accompanied by nausea and intemittant constipation for weeks. Changed his diet, increased fiber somewhat and H2O. Seems to becoming more frequent. Occasional headaches. spicy foods can trigger. no alcohol, no soda. Referred to a specialist but waiting on anappointment.

There might be several causes of his symptoms from a gastrointestinal usual infection to severe causes. In my opinion, just wait for the appointment to come and to see what the specialist will tell you.
