Hello and welcome to HCM,
Pain on right side of abdomen which increases on movement suggests pain arising from pleural pathology.
Infection, inflammation, malignancy, or pleural effusion can cause chest pain.
I suggest you to consult your primary healthcare provider for clinical assessment and relevant investigations.
If there is pleural effusion, fluid analysis will help to know the cause of effsuion.
Diseases of lung and pleura can both lead to pleural diseases.

Thanks and take care
