Hi, Since last few weeks, off and on, I get this acute stomach pain that lasts for hours or till I douse it with multiple pain killers. Its the exact kind of pain that you feel when you are acutely hungry. In the begining I used to think maybe I should eat something and tried that but the pain remained. I am perplexed as otherwise I am perfectly healthy?
