General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

* As per my clinical experience, the blisters on foot and burning sensation on the tongue are seemingly co-related with underlying viral infection as many of the viral infections do remain dormant in nearby ganglia and do flare up from time to time in various clinical contexts.

* The breast pain may be related to altered hormone status or fibroadenomas secondary to various reasons.

A blood test for presence of viral antigens is most essential in this regard after the primary treatment of symptoms with medications.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
