What Causes Intermittent Tingling Sensation In Shoulders In Elderly?

10 or 15 times a day within the last 5 days have experienced a a strange tingling surge starting in my right shoulder & extending to my right side of the neck. Only last for short periods of time then goes away there is no pain but feels some what flush like a hot flash. I am a 81 year o0ld male wkth low blood pressure & have had cardilogy exam with in the last year. Any ideas as to what this new symptom might mean?
