What Causes Intermittent Vaginal Bleeding Postpartum?

It had been 6 weeks after giving birth via normal delivery. I had stopoed bleeding after a month but experienced mild spotting when i carry my toddler. Last Tuesday, I used a Betadine Feminine Wash then started bleeding again. Is that normal? Thank you.

HelloIntermittent spotting can be there because of leftover blood inside, but it will be better to get it evaluated. Kindly get an USG lower abdomen and consult with reports.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
