What Causes Intermittent Vaginal Spotting?

I ve been bleeding off and on for about 2 weeks now. It started a week before it was actually due and was very pink. Few days went by it was brown and a little heavier. Then became bright red. I ve been spotting off and on. Its finally stopped today could I be pregnant

Hi I think you should do a urine pregnancy test to rule out pregnancy first. If negative, consult a gynecologist for complete examination. You may be having some vaginal infection. You may need some antibiotic and antifungal drugs orally as well as vaginal to treat that. Hope it helps.
