What Causes Intermittent Vision Change In Left Eye?

I am having a problem with intermittent vision changes with my left eye. It feels like I have "lost control" of my ability to focus. Sometimes it appears as though I am trying to see through stretched plastic wrap. Sometimes I am able to control it by looking off into the distance and sitting really still, or by really forcing my eyes to look straight ahead. Triggers seem to be looking down to my left, or after working on the computer. It leads to a feeling of dizziness or lightheadedness with nausea. I can't move during these episodes.I feel better after resting or sitting still.

You should have given your age and power you are using. Intermitant change can be due to cataract or glaucoma. Any way your vision is to be checked. Fundus to be examined. In cataract with its progress the power changes. With glaucoma the near vision power changes. IOP measurment can rule it out. If problem is with to much use of computer, it can be computer vision syndrome.
