What Causes Intermittent Vomiting In A Child?
My 6 year old son has been vomiting on and off all day since 9 am today hasn t eaten and brings up all liquid even small amounts unnoticed yesterday he seemed to be having a lot of hiccups and he had them often today mostly after vomiting . First half of the day he was bringing up yellow what looked like bile to me . He s complained of tummy ache but has reached a lot . What could this be?

As a first line management domperidone drops can be tried.
If symptoms persists better to consult a pediatrician and get evaluated.
