What Causes Internal Chills In The Upper Arm?

I am having a sensation of a cold area in my upper left arm that feels internal, my arm is not cold to the touch. I was feeling this every once in a while in the last few days but it now seems to be constant, it is hard to describe, but it feels like my upper left arm is cold on the inside and almost gives me the feeling that my arm is wet but it isn t.

Such symptoms are suggestive of paresthesia , Which can be due to pinched nerve , Diabetic neuropathy ,blood circulation problem , thyroid issue , alcoholism , electrolyte imbalance .
