What Causes Internal Lower Back Pain In A Young Adult, Especially When It S Worsened By Frequent Wet Dreams Or Sexual Thoughts?

Am aged 22 and am beginning to face internal lower back pain problem , what could result to this? Because I withness frequent wet dreams at night and anytime I tend to imagine having sex the pains increases . What is likely the cause and what is wrong with me. Thanks
