What Causes Intervals Of Weird Feeling Above The Eye Brow?

I have this weird feeling right above my right eyebrow, it's doesn't hurt, it just feels funny & it only lasts a few seconds at a time, but happened several times a day and has for the past couple months. Do you know what this could be? Do you suggest I go to the doctor? I'm 15 by the way.
