What Causes Intestinal Gas, Bloating, Diarrhea And Green Stool?

I am 71 years old. I have had discomfort in my stomach and abdomen with gas and bloating plus diarrhea for several months. The last two days my stool has been normal except for the fact that it is green in color. I ve never experienced this before. I live alone and my eating habits are not good so I know that could be a factor. Just wondering about the color.

Nothing to worry at all sir. It is only that the transit time of food in your intestines has become shorter. It is a common happening of old age[pardon]. It's just that the motility of your bowel has increased . The faster the stools are formed and moved out, the more greenish the tinge. Nothing to worry at all.
