What Causes Involuntary Constant Shaking Of Head?

i am 21 years old,male. I have been suffering from noding head.Whenever i work or reading books my head shaking like there happening earth quake. Sometimes when i lying down my body to bed i feel that someone shaking my head or body. Due these symptoms i tested thyroid,blood cbc,stool test and CT scan. All report are positive. But ct scan showed that i have mild dns rightward in my nasal sector. So i request you to give me info that if there had any test or diseases which are main causes for noding or shaking my head. Thank You.
