What Causes Involuntary Deep And Shallow Breathing Episodes?

I have involuntary deep or shallow breaths.. during day and at night I guess while sleeping .. no pain just it seems like i need more oxygen or something like that.. what is the issue, you think? Is it because I have had late nights not having my 8 hours sleep? Only thing I notice few months, I helped pushed a car with othes to kick start the car and maybe over did it a bit... felt tied after that, catching my breath... any idea...?

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, if this is the symptoms then it need to be ruled out or sleeping apnea although it is less likely to be sleeping apnea, it could be more likely because of stress and anxiety may be due to less sleep hope this information helps.
