hi i m asad i have big problem from ejuclation during sleep .. ejuclation demage my body.. and feling very weak... so plz help me if any sulotion .... if u say this is normal dont worry . so my ans is no ... coz i know i feel very weakness and less power

I have gone through your query and can understand your concern...
Involuntary ejaculation of semen during sleep is simply called nightfall. Nightfall is not a disease. It is a physiological phenomenon. When seminal vesicles are full of semen and frequency of masturbation or sex is low, excess semen comes out on its own during sleep. As your frequency of sex or masturbation will increase nightfall will decrease on its own.
Feeling of sleep, weakness or less power is a normal feature after ejaculation. However, it shouldn't make you feel weak after hours of ejaculation.

If you feel weak even long time after ejaculation, you should visit a physician. As this may be some metabolic or nutritional problem.
