What Causes Involuntary Ejaculation Of Sperms?

How to stop ejection of sperms??? Its becoming really very difficult for me to quit it?? And does ejection of sperms causes aids??? And I am found it daily and sometimes 3times a day?? So doctor, is it harmful,if yes then how to prevent it?? And does it causes aids??? Please help me out sir???

Thanks for posting in HCM.
I have read your description and understand your concern.
What problem you are describing is more of psychological than physical one.
It appears that you are getting too much excited about the phenomenon.
Kindly relax as these are natural act most of them perform in life. Masturbation (ejaculation of semen) is a healthy physiological phenomenon and does not cause any harm to the body or sex life or fertility. Also, it does not cause AIDS.
However, it should be spaced well and should not be overdone.
Doing this act 3 times a day appears to be more than normal. Since you require a mindset to control it voluntarily, doing meditation would help you to overcome such anxiety and keep your mind calm and healthy. Diversion from the act and getting involved in some other physical task like playing outdoor sports or exercising in gym would help you to reduce the frequency gradually and keep things under control.
In case you are unable to control, you need to undergo psychotherapy by consulting Psychiatrist.
