Ayurveda Specialist 's  Response
Hi,

Don't irritate her by forcing her to stop. Make her engage in some activities like painting, coloring and drawing. Avoid watching cartoons and play games on screens. Take her outdoor games and entertainments.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Christy J Thundiparambil, Ayurveda Specialist
