What Causes Involuntary Movement Of Head And Left Arm?

I am a type 1 diabetic. In 2007 I was in custody, and was given my insulin but not allowed to eat. I suffered a severe hypo, and although some time later was given minimal food, I was not properly treated for weeks. By the time I was treated my whole left side was very stiff and weak. The treating doctor then gave me sinemet when I clearly do not have Parkinsons disease. I was kept on this medication for the better part of 2 years until release. I now suffer some kind of movement disorder affecting mainly my left side, head and arm involuntary movement. Bowel and bladder control problems, and speech problems. These symptoms seem to be not always constant, but very disturbing. I have been impotent since this event also, which is constant. And some symptoms have improved somewhat, although many symptoms seem to be intermittent and still present. I stopped taking sinemet in 2009. What is going on here? Will it ever get better? Also I now have a heart condition, which I didn t have until I stopped taking sinemet. What may be going on in my body? I cant afford to pay
