In a few people chatting with girls may give pleasure lead to semen leakage.
Please check it out for this. mostly it may be due precum and not a semen.
You also have to check for nocturnal emissions medication side-effects, prostate problems, nerve injury by nocturnal penile erection testing or blood sugar levels or nerve compression etc.
