What Causes Involuntary Shaking In Hands And Feet?
my whole life my body involuntarily shakes. mainly my hands and feet are the worst. throughout the years its gotten worse and people are starting to notice. like I cant hug people or hand them stuff or even touch them without them noticing. I twitch really bad in my sleep almost as if im seizing. do you know what is wrong?
