What Causes Involuntary Shaking Of Limbs?

My husband has constant jerking of his limbs when he rests. He has chest pain when he walks fast he has has dye test done which showed no abnormalities hhis hands also swell up when he uses them for any length of time he has had scans blood tests x rays which have all came back clear can you help?
