What Causes Involuntary Stretching Of Body While Sleeping Post Choleocystectomy?

Hi. I recently had my gallbladder removed and on day 3 post op I started this involuntary hard stretching when I sleep. Usually , it occurs an hour or so before I wake up for the day. The surgery was laproscopic and the doctor informed me after the surgery that they did a nerve block. I am wondering if that procedure is what caused this. I had my surgery on October 16, and this is still going on.
