What Causes Involuntary Tremors In Right Hand?

Hi doctor, my qeustion is / I play tennis and my right hand has such a bad tremor that i very often make unforced errors due to this issue. Do you think it is treatable? }it has been there for at least 5 years and it hasnt changed at all since. Thanks
