What Causes Iritis, Extremities Numbness, Arms And Legs Tingling And Hip Pain?

I am a 20 year old college student and i have been experiencing some concerning symptoms: i had a 3 month episode of iritis, my extremities will often go numb when i am active (mainly toes), pins and needles in arms and legs when active, severe hip pain (it feels like the joint and bone are rubbing together), i have had several occasions where i cannot move my shoulder/arm ( and have been treated for tendonitis with no relief), nightly insomnia, and trouble concentrating in class. I am getting frustrated with the student health center at my university who keeps telling me its in my head, what should i do?
