General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
Thanks for posting in HCM.
From the description you have posted, it appears that irregular heavy bleeding along with cramps could be mainly due to hormonal imbalance or due to Polycystic Ovarian Disease (PCOD).
Hence, kindly get the following tests done.
1. Blood for FSH, LH and Prolactin levels to know about the hormone status.
2. Ultrasound scan of pelvis to know about the status of ovary and uterus.
Kindly consult Gynecologist in this regard for appropriate management.
All the best.
