What Causes Irregular And Heavy Menstrual Bleeding Despite Taking Meprate?

Hello,I am 22 female.Last month my menstrual cycle is about 15days.So my docter prescribed me meprate 10mg pills for 10 days.After 10days again bleeding started.And my USG scan is normal. every menstrual cycle is heavy.Contacted many specialists,used homeopathy and everything but no use.And everything seems normal in all tests. What should I do?

Hello,
I think you may need to visit a hematologist. You should get tested for hemophilia and Von Willebrand factor. The problem may be related to impaired coagulation of blood.

I think you should continue to take contraception pills a doctor also Tranexamic acid to help control the bleeding till you get completely evaluated.
