What Causes Irregular And Prolonged Mestruation?

hi, i am 24 years, and got married 1 year back, my

periods were regular before wedding but after that it is too much irregular, only for thrice it happend in one year and now, after three months the chumps has started and continuing still even after 10 days, what chould be the reason?
