Hi,
Plan B mostly causes spotting after 8 days of intake...it leads to 8-10 days of delay in periods. You started contraceptive pills immediately after this. In my view this might have caused hormonal imbalance in menstrual cycle, giving you the symptoms. In such a case it would take 3 months to regulate your cycle. In case this recurs after that too. You need investigations like hormonal assessment/USG pelvis to find any other cause for the problem, followed by specific treatment as per a gynecologist's advice. You can get the things done at government hospitals for free of charge.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
