What Causes Irregular Bleeding And Abdominal Pain?

hello im 19 on depo i had my second shot in early sept i have had on/off lower abdominal pain and bleeding for almost a week and a half maybe 2 weeks. it seems to be getting worse. an when i say on and off i mean ill go a few days spot free. am i miscarrying?
