OBGYN, Maternal and Fetal Medicine 's  Response
Hi,

Ovarian cyst and fibroid can lead to these symptoms but it can be managed with medicines, but also there can be bowel irregularities so start a pantoprazole course. Take progesterone pills for this condition.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Sujoy S. Bhattacharjee, OBGYN, Maternal and Fetal Medicine
