What Causes Irregular Bleeding Inspite Of Taking Medications?

goodmorning..i'm a 27year old girl and still single..this is in regard to my mensurational problem last year i had a gap of 1 mnths in my mensuration,i consulted a doc and as asked by her ,had a STI test and it was negative .she then asked me to take PREMOLUT -N for 5 days..After taking the medicine my period started though the Period were not clear ..and ended within 3 days..but again this year since last two months my periods ended in 8 days.till now it was ok..but my problem started now,,this mnth my period ended in 8 days but again started after 2 days though ended in the same day but again started after 5 days and since then i had experience little bleeding every day..i have seen my doc and again she gave me some medicine to stop the bleeding..i had my period this mnths and it ended after 8th days baut again i'm experiencing the blood spots every time i go to the wash room.. is there some thing serious plzz suggest..
