What Causes Irregular Cramping And Bleeding With Endometriosos?

HI, I have endometriosis and am on birth control to not have a period for 3 months but are now on what I think is the 12th day of a period, tho yesterday and today I only bleed (bad) when I cramp. Could this be the endo or the birth control? Or pregnancy?
