Hello ma'am and welcome.

Any discrepancies noted in the regular pattern of a menstrual cycle should be investigated for pregnancy. But in my opinion, an infection (even something mild) like a urinary tract infection is a possible contributing factor to any changes in your menstrual cycle.

Report to your doctor for a pregnancy test and a urine analysis to check for possible infections.

Hope this helps.

Best wishes.
