What Causes Irregular Flow Of Urine Post Pregnancy?

My urine flow started to change about 2 years ago before I was pregnant. I started to have to lean to the side to get a full flow. I m now 1 year postpartum and suffered a third degree tear during delivery. I have incontinence issues, but this issue of having to lean just seems to be getting worse. Should I be worried there s something in there obstructing flow like a tumour or something?

Hi thank you for your question
after birth bladder lose tonus and the problems of urine flow are usuall.improvement of situation after birth depends from person to person.exercises are very important for this situation.exercises for pelvik floor muscles.also you need a ultrasound examination for urogenital tract.in this way we can distinguish if this is a physiological problem after birth or there are other anatomic disorders or obstruction.in any case i think that exercises can help you a lot
all the best
