What Causes Irregular Heart Beats And Fluctuating Blood Sugar Levels?
Have been having fluttering heart or a feeling of irregular heartbeats. Blood pressure not high 133/78 but sugar level at 64 the 58 then after 45 minutes and eating a slice of pineapple its up to 71 then 93 then back down to 88 after another hour passed. I m feeling shakes still after eating some honey. How can I regulate my sugar

You may be suffering from arrhythmia which may be episodic or continuous. During the attack of arrhythmia blood pressure may fell down.
Low sugar level means heart or liver failure or hypoglycemic drugs, septicemia, adrenergic failure et cetera.
Unless examination is done, it is difficult to say what it is. Please consult your doctor immediately, he will examine and treat you accordingly.
