What Causes Irregular Heart Beats?

I have been experiencing A slight irregular heart beat. I find this strange being the age of 19. I am smoker. I have been smoking for the bast three years at half a pack a day. I find that it comes and goes. It seems to start half way though the day. I find my self exhausted most of the time. But i just started working 40 hours a week so whether it is a symptom or not i am not sure

After going through your medical details I understand your concern and I would like to tell you that heart rate is ever changing phenomena depending on your activity level, emotional stress and physiological changes. Smoking it self a cause for high heart rate and smoking has bad effects on your health. It's recommended for you to quit smoking completely for good cardiac health and get an ECG done to check on your heart rhythm.

Feeling of heart beats may be normal. Sometimes few ectopic may also make the heart feel irregular and is mostly normal. However I would personally advise you should see our doctor to get a heart tape done so to be sure that there is nothing wrong with the heart rhythm.
