What Causes Irregular Heart Palpitations With Pain In Lower Abdomen?
Hi there,
I have had dizzy spells for a week followed by irregular heart palpitations, lower abdomin pain, enlarged breasts, fatigue, increased appetite and missed period. I'm not pregnant (blood test was done) no meds, I don't smoke drink or drink caffine. I run and eat healthy. The irregular beat gives a slight chest pain but nothing I can't handle. thank-you for your time. (27 F 110lb)

these are called palpitations and these are associated with chest pain in your case so u need to monitor with holter to see what type of arrhythmia and accordingly we have to manage.
