What Causes Irregular Heart Rate And Warm Sensation In The Body While On Paxil?

I am a 53year old female, for past 2-3 years, I have been experiencing this warm sensation from lower body to my head, accompanied by erratic heart beat and fuzzy feeling in my head. These episodes last 1-2 minutes and come every 2-4 hours for 2days. My last period was 11/6/2016., last episode was about 4 months ago. I take paxil 10mg for depression & have history of fibromyalgia for 10-14years. Just wondering what this is associated with?

as your menstrual periods just stopped it could be hot flushes associated with deficiency of hormones. these will eventualy decrease and finally stop. if they persist you may need hormone replacement therapy. i dont think it is side effect of paxil.
