What Causes Irregular Heartbeats And Sleep Apnea?

i am taking sotalol HCL 120 mg twice a day for a irregular heartbeat , was diagnosed with sleep apnea since being on a C pat machine i have not had a irregular heart beat in 6 months i understand i should stoping taking this drug slowly how should i go about it
