What Causes Irregular Intermenstrual Bleeding?

Hi,my normal perion finished 2 weeks ago,but 4 days upon its finish, the bleeding reoccured again, like a mini-period -brown-red-brown-black.During this 3 weeks it repeated 3 times, today is the 4th time when it started again.I dont have pain, abnormal discharde and so on.
