What Causes Irregular Light Pink Spotting,tiredness And Hardness In Stomach?

i was due on my period 9th of this month i dint come on so i took a pregnancy test on 20th it came back positive i then had heavy bleeding on 23rd so i took another pregnancy test that came back negative the bleeding lasted for 2 days but was heavy like my normal period i stopped bleeding and then had a light pink discharge for a day and i still have pregnancy symptoms i feel drained n tired alot and i feel sick and under my stomach feels hard and i feel as though i have butterflies in my stomach

Thanks for posting in HCM.
I understand your concern.
After going through the description, it appears that you had conceived, but unfortunately pregnancy did not take up. This is due to 'miscarriage'.
Hence, your pregnancy test done first has come positive and later it turned out to be negative.
Some of the symptoms of pregnancy would persist for some time as the hormonal changes would have been initiated and takes a couple of weeks to reach basal levels. Hence, these symptoms should subside on its own gradually. You may continue to have intermittent spotting also for the next couple of weeks.
It would be advisable for you to consult Gynaecologist and get examined to make sure that all the products of conception has been expelled out completely.
