What Causes Irregular Menstrual Cycle, Insomnia And Urge To Urinate?

Hi, I have irregular periods but for 5 months now I have had my period every month within a 48-50 days cycle. My last period was on the 13th of December 2016 and I was expecting my period between 29th of jan-4th of Feb but nothing. I have been feeling pretty off in my tummy and I have been peeing super regularly, some days I have a burst of energy, other days I want to sleep for 29 hrs, other days I have insomnia, I have done 2 home test and both came back negative. Could I be pregnant? *

Hello Dear. A simple Urine pregnancy test can detect whether you are pregnant or not. So first get the test done.

In case you arent pregnant most probably you are having urinary tract infection. Urine analysis will reveal this. In case there is urinary infection, treatment with antibiotics like norflox and urine alkalyting agents like syrup alkasol will help you. Drink plenty of water and tender coconut.

For irregular menses you need to consult a gynecologist. The doctor may suggest Ultrasound abdomen. Polycystic Ovarian disease (PCOD) is the most common cause of irregular menses. You will be given appropriate treatment.
