What Causes Irregular Menstrual Periods?

I am a 1 and half year married girl my age is 26 and now i felt my menses are getting irregular as i am getting very few bleeding during menses it about only 2 full days & from 3rd day onwards just few little spotting till 4th day is it worrying condition?
