Hello Dear, Menupause/ periods being stopped would not be the first think i would consider here. Ideally i would need further information but your symptoms could be due to hormonal disturbance which women can experience after tubectomy. we call it the post tubal ligation syndrome. To answer your question more specifically, i would need a little bit more information e.g your age (to determine age related symptoms and disease group), history of menstruation and contraceptives, recent stress event (acute anxiety also causes problems with periods), your diet (not eating enough can be a reason as well).
