Hello and welcome to HCM,
Bleeding after having unprotected sex can be due to co-incidental onset of menstruation.
Bleeding after unprotected sex is not a feature of conception or pregnancy.
Trauma during intercourse can lead to bleeding, however, bleeding in such a case occurs immediately after having intercourse.
Thus, onset of menstrual cycle is the most probable possibility.
If the bleeding continues for longer period than expected for a normal menstrual cycle, I suggest you to consult your gynecologist.

Thanks and take care
