What Causes Irregular Menstruation Along With Back Pain?

I have very irregular periods, and usually whenever I start my period, it comes with the cramps and the back pain. Today I started my period without any warning signs, with smaller clumps, the blood also looked lighter then usual just very clumpy. After this happened I noticed small white pimple-like bumps covering my nipples.

Hi,

As you have back pain during menstruation, it's actually a common symptom most women complained. Crams are common too.

As you said this time it came without notification, and small pimple at nipple may be coincidence or maybe some hormonal imbalance.

So don't worry, as your periods completed, I hope all will fine. and if it still persists kindly consult physician nearby.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
