What Causes Irregular Menstruation Along With Vaginal Spotting?

Hi! I m irregular for getting my period. I haven t gotten mine since 12/7/14-12/12/14, and I finally got it again today 3/14/15. However, it s not the usual flow; it s only a little bit of spotting. I definitely known I am not pregnant; I m not sure what s wrong. Thank you!x

Hi,
I understand your concern.
When you say you are not pregnant,Some diseases like severe anemia, Genital Koch's / hormonal disturbances like thyroid or ovarian hormone problems / Ovulation failure- PCOD can cause the problem like yours.
Investigations like CBc, Mx. test, X ray chest, plain X ray abdomen, USg abdomen,Thyroid function test, hormonal assays are indicated . these would pin point cause when it's co related with a gynecologist's physical findings,
This can the be followed by specific treatment.
