What Causes Irregular Menstruation And Bleeding While Urinating?

I am 49 years old and i thought i was having my monthly period, but it has been over a week and i normally go only 3 days. it first started like break thru bleeding then nothing then next day the same. i do not think it is my period unless i am going thru the change. i only bleed when i go to urinate. it is not every time but mostly. it does not burn and i am not hurting. what could this be?

At your age it can be due to some hormonal imbalance.

Please get USG done. This will rule out structural cause if any- like Fibroid.

For the time being Tab PAUSE MF and Vitamin C will be of help.
